• Assistance in the sale of a renewable energy portfolio value about 70 Million Euros for a gas and electricity supply company listed on the AIM market.
• Advisory services for the market analysis, project development and sale of an Retail Park for a total value of 130 million Euro.
• Advisory to the sale to a major Chinese SEO of two infrastructural project with an enterprise value 160 million Euro.
• Collection of 40 million euros in secured financing in the medium term from an international institutional investor for the refinancing of an infrastructure project.
• Consultancy and Assistance in Expansion Financing, through debt and equity, for a medium-sized high-tech Italian-German company.
• In association with an important partner, assistance to Italian companies in the sale swap or valuation of government credits of South American countries.
• Structure of a new “asset class” of claims from Government entities held by construction and engineering companies.
• Advise a number of financial investors on the purchase of portfolios of claims in Italy and abroad owned by construction companies.
